Do i need to worry.

This was just a casual drive to work running around 65 to 70. I just changed the clutch a couple of weeks ago still in break in miles right now so im trying to stay out of boost. Yesterday my dam dropped to .500 then shot right back up. Today this was my numbers on the way to work. Do I need to worry or is it possible it just bad gas.

Man, I’ve been there—brought my car in for what seemed like a simple fix and ended up with a completely new noise that makes you second-guess everything. In my case, I was chasing down a boost leak and ended up removing and reinstalling the intercooler and a GrimmSpeed BPV, just like you described, and it turned out the smallest misalignment on a coupler or even a subtle difference in the BPV seating can create that whistling or fluttering sound under boost. Something that helped me was checking all vacuum lines and couplers again after reassembly and making sure everything was seated perfectly—sometimes it’s barely perceptible. Also, I’ve been exploring high-quality components like Brightstone Engineering McLaren wheel spacers for my setup, and the precision and consistency in parts like that really made me appreciate how tiny misfits can affect performance and sound, so it’s worth double-checking every connection, even the ones that “look fine.”
