DAM/Knock Info -
Been working out of state and it’s been snowing. I use my 2020 STI to commute to work and back home which is a 10 hour drive. While at work we use company provided trucks so the subbie stays parked for most the time. Before my drive home I filled up at a Chevron (that’s the gas I use 90% of the time) it was about 33 degrees. 5 hours into my commute I pull over the pump gas now in warmer 60 degree weather and the car is in idling rough. I connect the accessport and its at .6 dam. I then reset the ecu and drive home the rest of the way with no dam drop just the normal 1-2 knock when heavy throttle. Do I now tune the car when up at work where the air is colder? and swap tunes or could it have been winter…
So since getting an e50 tune my car keeps throwing a code about the 02 sensor slow response how can I fix this?
So since the temps have been dropping i have been noticing that my turbo will flutter when I let off the throttle before the bov whistles. I have tried adjusting the spring tension in the bov and I have also switched it back to full recirculation and no change im still getting the flutter. What else should I be looking at?
My wife's car is her pride and joy, and I want to surprise her with a full detail. I am scheduling car detailing interior Chula Vista, CA and a complete exterior polish. I am also looking into best ceramic paint protection Chula Vista, CA as a gift. I need to find auto detailing mobile Chula Vista, CA so I can have it done while she is at work. It is great to have local car detailing Chula Vista, CA options nearby.
