Cancellation Policy

All dyno sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to the following terms. By booking a dyno appointment, you agree to this policy in full. Deposits & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all dyno bookings. The deposit is applied toward your total dyno session cost. The remaining balance is due prior to the start or at the end of the appointment. No vehicle will be placed on the dynamometer until payment is satisfied. Cancellations Appointments may be cancelled up to 7 days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled start time. If cancelled within this window, any payments made including the deposit amount will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional charges if staffing or equipment time cannot be rebooked. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled one time at no penalty if requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Multiple reschedules are not permitted without management approval. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Late arrivals may result in reduced dyno time or cancellation at the discretion of the operator. No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and may be charged for the full scheduled session. Vehicle Condition & Safety Vehicles must be in safe mechanical condition prior to the dyno session. The shop reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles with fluid leaks, unsafe tires, drivetrain issues, or other conditions that pose a safety risk. No refunds will be issued for refused vehicles. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment Dynamometer testing involves inherent risk. The shop is not responsible for mechanical failure, drivetrain damage, or component failure resulting from dyno operation. All vehicles are tested at the owner’s risk. A signed dyno waiver is required prior to testing. Shop Discretion The shop reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments due to equipment issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered rescheduling or a refund excluding the deposit.
