All non-dynamometer tuning techniques, if abused, have the ability to surpass what is considered legal on public roads/highways. Clients are advised of these hazards, advised to use safe closed road courses or race tracks for tuning thus waiving MIGTUNED LLC from all liability in any road incidents/infractions during the tuning process and thereafter. ECU Tuning and calibrating is an intensive and stressful procedure that will always run the risk of engine and/or other drivetrain damage. Although all precautions will be taken to protect clients vehicles, hardware is the common denominator that drive engines to fail. The chance of this happening can be greatly reduced by monitoring engine gauges and regular maintenance well after the tuning session(s). There are no warranties or coverages of any damages during the tuning process or any issues forever after tuning. All sales are final once initial map is sent and/or flashed to the car. No credits nor refunds are accepted, MIGTUNED LLC reserves all rights and discretion on any and all refunds and disputes. All submitted payments are considered signatures of acceptance of these terms and understandings.
